What I Offer

When life becomes overwhelming, it’s easy to lose touch with who you are. Whether you’re facing depression, anxiety, burnout, toxic relationships, grief, domestic and family violence, or major life transitions, I provide a grounded, compassionate space to help you reclaim your sense of agency and rebuild your life with greater clarity and purpose.

Who I Am

My path to counselling has been far from linear. Growing up in the South Pacific and adapting to a new culture in my teens taught me resilience, flexibility and the courage to start again. Before finding counselling, I worked across diverse fields, from graphic design and film production to hands-on bodywork and nursing support.

These experiences shaped how I work: I see the person, not just the problem – and problems as opportunities for growth. For over a decade, I’ve supported people through crisis, suicide prevention, addiction and domestic violence. I’m comfortable holding space for complex emotions while keeping our work grounded, practical and focused on meaningful change.

How We Will Work Together

Our sessions are a private, non-judgemental space where you can feel safe to exhale and be yourself. I take a personalised, holistic approach, combining evidence-based therapy with attention to the mind, body and spirit.

We may draw on:

  • Solution-Focused Therapy for immediate clarity and action.
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to build psychological flexibility.
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to shift ingrained patterns.
  • Existential & Person-Centred Therapy to explore meaning and purpose.

I focus on practical, in-the-moment coping strategies while also exploring the deeper roots of your experience. Together, we’ll work towards turning fear into courage and self-doubt into lasting self-belief, helping you reconnect with yourself and move forward.
