Are you feeling disconnected — from others, from yourself, or from a sense of safety and belonging in the world? Perhaps you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, low self-worth, or the weight of past experiences that still shape how you navigate life. Your feelings make sense, and you don’t have to figure this out alone.
I work with people who sense something deeper is driving their struggles — patterns formed long ago that still show up in relationships, self-perception, and daily life. Whether you’re navigating trauma, burnout, or longing for a more connected and authentic way of being, this space is for you.
My approach is emotionally focused, relational, and strengths-based, drawing on attachment science, somatic perspectives, and the wisdom of emotions to help you reconnect with your body and mind. Together, we work at the level of emotions — not just insight — to process and integrate difficult experiences.
Building safety first, I’m guided by you as we gently explore your unique story and uncover the deeper patterns shaping your life. Sessions are collaborative, person-centred, and led at your pace.
I bring many years of experience across diverse settings, including schools, prisons, and community services, and I’m continually deepening my training in Emotionally Focused Therapy and trauma. I’m passionate about working with complex and developmental trauma.
Becoming a mother and emigrating to Australia gave me a profound understanding of change, vulnerability, and connection — experiences that continue to shape my practice in meaningful ways.
Taking that first step can feel daunting. I want you to know that wherever you are right now is okay. You don’t need the right words or a clear idea of what you need — that’s something we can figure out together. I offer a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you feel deeply heard, and where we honour your existing strengths while creating room for lasting change.
If any of this resonates, I’d love the opportunity to support you.
